Product and Service Description

• Specifications and Color Variance: We strive to provide highly accurate product descriptions; however, photographs may slightly differ from the actual product due to photographic lighting, varying screen calibrations, and the inherent handmade nature of the items, which renders each piece distinct and unique. Consequently, colors may be approximate.
• Availability: We guarantee the availability of displayed products. In the event of stock depletion, the client will be notified immediately.
• Customized Works: For bespoke orders (e.g., customized name requests), production commences only after order confirmation and successful payment. The store reserves the right to publish photographs of customized works in its portfolio or on social media platforms as part of showcasing our artistic endeavors, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Pricing, Payments, and Applicable Fees

• Supplementary Fees: Additional shipping costs or customization service fees may apply. These will be disclosed with absolute transparency in the order summary prior to the finalization of the payment process.
• Price Volatility: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable prices are those displayed at the exact time of order confirmation.
• Promotional Offers: Discounts and promotional offers possess a predefined validity period, which is explicitly stated on the respective offer page.
• Payment Methods: The store accepts approved electronic payment methods integrated within the platform.

Order Placement, Processing, and Shipping

• Order Processing Time: The standard preparation period for orders is 3 business days.
• Estimated Shipping Duration: Post-preparation, the estimated shipping duration ranges up to 5 business days.
• Courier Services: Shipping is executed exclusively through shipping companies officially approved by the store.
• Shipping Delays: The store bears no liability for any shipping delays resulting from third-party courier operations or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure).
• Incorrect Address: Should the client provide an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, the client shall assume sole responsibility for any supplementary reshipping costs or consequential financial losses.

Cancellations, Returns, and Policy References

• Return and Exchange Period: Clients may request a return or exchange for ready-made products within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the product remains in its pristine, original, and unused condition.
• Refund Process: Refunded amounts will be remitted to the original payment method utilized, subsequent to the receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned product.
• Excluded Items: Returns and exchanges are strictly inapplicable to customized products manufactured pursuant to the client's specific request, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an operational error by the store. Warranty, Quality Assurance, and Defect Resolution

• Transit Damage: In the event a product sustains damage or breakage during shipping, the client must notify the store immediately, within a maximum timeframe of 24 to 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic evidence to facilitate resolution and product replacement.
• Manufacturing Defects: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and execution errors. The client is entitled to report such defects and request a return or exchange within 7 days of order receipt, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.
• Warranty Exclusions: The warranty strictly excludes damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or any unauthorized modification attempts by the client.

Client Obligations and Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy: Provision of accurate and complete contact and shipping information.
• Address Verification: Comprehensive review and confirmation of the shipping address prior to order finalization.
• Product Specifications: Verification of requested dimensions, colors (acknowledging potential real-world variance), and custom texts (for bespoke products) prior to payment confirmation.
• Lawful Content: Refraining from submitting or requesting any content that contravenes Islamic Sharia law or the prevailing statutes and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Communication Responsiveness: Replying to any store inquiries regarding the order within a maximum of 48 hours to avert execution or shipping delays.

Intellectual Property Rights and Content

• Store's Right of Publication: The store retains the unreserved right to exhibit its handmade products (including customized works) in its portfolio, social media channels, or marketing collateral, unless a written non-disclosure agreement is established with the client.
• Usage License: Products purchased from the store are strictly for personal use. Reselling or utilizing them for commercial purposes without explicit authorization from the store is prohibited.
• Prohibited Content: The client is strictly forbidden from providing the store with any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of a third party or encapsulates illegal or offensive materials.

Grievances and Communications

• Complaint Handling: All grievances will be treated with the utmost seriousness and addressed within a reasonable timeframe. The store's liability is strictly limited to the monetary value of the purchased product or service.

• Customized Works: Bespoke items are handled with paramount meticulousness. The client's confirmation of the final details constitutes explicit authorization to commence production. Customized works are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a glaring manufacturing defect or execution error is evident.
• Design Copyrights: The designs showcased are the creative genesis of Areej Crafts, and we retain comprehensive intellectual property rights over these artistic creations.
